Together, we will explore the principles of Mindful Good in action, as the inspiration to find more joy at home and establish a powerful basis for making habit shifts, re-thinking fixed ideas, learning new strategies, the potential to engage our wisdom, and the powerful practice of creating new value in our deliberate attention to the value of what we already have.  These friendly gatherings are designed to build a community around the many topics worth exploring.  Katherine brings a passion to each conversation that is contagious, along with an expertise in Adlerian Psychology, and the latest research, common-sense knowledge, and tools for leading an intentional, attuned, and abundant family life.
